BodyStepTM

A simple, athletic workout that uses an adjustable step to build cardio fitness and lower body strength. Step up, down, and around the platform to uplifting music while improving coordination and agility. This full-body workout also incorporates upper body conditioning for functional strength. Guided options are provided to suit all fitness levels.

LesMills SprintTM

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on an indoor bike that drives maximum performance in minimal time. It is quick, intense, and designed to push your physical and mental limits through bursts of sprinting, power, and strength. This low-impact workout improves fitness and delivers fast results.

ZUMBA®

A dance-inspired fitness program set to a variety of rhythms and styles. This class combines aerobic interval training with fast and slow dance movements to improve cardio fitness while toning and sculpting the body. No dance experience needed, just move to the music!

Gentle Yoga

A slow-paced class featuring seated and supported postures. Move through gentle sequences that connect breath and movement, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and recovery. Especially well-suited for those experiencing pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety, or elevated levels of stress. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga for Everyone

A welcoming class focused on building strength, balance, and stability while encouraging self-awareness and appreciation for your body. Learn the benefits of breathwork, alignment, and mindful movement while reducing stress and increasing overall vitality. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout.

Water Fitness

Designed for all ages and abilities, this class builds comfort and coordination in the water while using resistance to improve overall strength and endurance. Classes take place in the 4-foot section of the pool, with deep water training offered on Fridays. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Active Kid Care

This class is for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 6 months- 7 yrs. old) and is designed to develop gross motor skills and social skills as well as allow the parents/family to escape and work out. TIMES: Mon-Fri 8:30-11:15am (in the gym); Mon, Tues & Wed 5:10-7:30pm (in meeting rooms) *$2.00 charge per child.

Body Pump HeavyTM

Body pump heavy is tempo-based weightlifting that switches on your metabolic engine to build lean muscle like nothing else. Drawing on traditional lifting techniques, each class challenges strength, builds lean muscle, and drives measurable performance gains. It’s simple to do and the slow tempo with lots of recovery periods allows for expert coaching, so you master form and technique. 

LesMills YogaTM

This is a four–part series designed to elevate you physically and mentally – and leave you feeling calm, centered and renewed. Blending traditional practice with modern guidance and uplifting music, each 45-minute class unlocks a unique state of being – so you can tune into whatever will help you reach your higher state.
