An indoor cycling class that is set to the rhythm of motivating music while you burn away calories. This class uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity. It is literally easier than riding a bike. We offer both 45 and 30-minute versions. You can sign-in 30min. prior to the start of class.
