BodyCombat is the Empowering Cardio Workout where you are Totally Unleashed. This class is fiercely energetic and is inspired by marital arts and draws from disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. 55min. of strikes, punches and kicks will have you burning massive amounts of calories and reaching superior cardio fitness.
It’s a simple, athletic and fun workout using an adjustable step platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Some of the benefits you can expect to achieve in this class are toning for the lower body, increased cardio fitness and coordination, and upper and lower body conditioning for functional strength!
30 min. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. A quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact.
SPRINT has a limited amount of bikes per class. 14 Total
Class Sign-In starts 30min. prior to the start of each SPRINT class.
You must sign-in at the front desk and you will receive a token that guarantees you a bike for class.
You will need to present the token to the SPRINT instructor before the start of class.
You can only sign yourself in and there are is no reserving bikes.
Revolutionary Core Training to get you a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.
This Latin dance inspired workout is for beginners, regulars and folks who just want to move and groove. Zumba builds cardiovascular health by challenging your heart as well as working your hips, legs and arms with dance moves that will make you feel ALIVE! Participation, not perfection is our motto! This is a 5 week session starting Nov. 6th and ending Dec. 4th 2017
The class will be held Monday afternoons from 4:30-5:30pm.

Everybody is a yoga body. This class will stem from self-love and appreciation for our bodies through building strength, fostering balance and stability, reducing the symptoms of stress and increasing vitality.
Emphasis on the coordination of movement with breath, alignment and the therapeutic benefits of your yoga practice. Applicable for all yogis with modifications offered throughout.
Designed for all ages and abilities. This class will help build comfort and coordination in the water while using resistance to increase overall body strength and endurance. This class is designed for all levels of fitness and will remain in the 4 ft. section of the pool.
Active Kid Care
This class is for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 6 months- 7 yrs. old) and is designed to develop gross motor skills and social skills as well as allowing the parents/family to escape and workout.
