Please listen to the audio/verbal liability and fill out the appropriate form(s). Membership is sold in three month increments. All participants, including walk-ins must listen to the verbal liability and sign the printed liability waiver. This material is provided here for your convenience and must be turned into the SunUte Community Center Front Desk. All material is also available at the Front Desk.
